RetroI thought since the new Hobbit movie was coming out, I’d post a couple of the best covers of JRR Tolkien’s beloved writings.

“Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold” is a poem found in the chapter “An Unexpected Party” of The Lord Of The Rings: The Hobbit.
I think it is awesome that they’ve remade the song from the first Hobbit movie. I remember watching the first Hobbit. Remember, it was an animation with poor muffled recordings of the voices and songs. LOL. I loved that movie! It’s going to be so much fun to see the new one! But, three movies? Wow. Is this too much? Well, it will be fun to see them anyway!
Though this cover version of “Far Over The Misty Mountains” is a bit rocky, I’m surprised it has so little views! It’s done very well, and in my opinion, the best rock version of the song out there right now!

ThePianoGuys are one of my favorite YouTube groups! When I saw they did The Hobbit song I had to post it as well! This will probably stay my favorite version of this soundtrack!
